At Ridgewood, we know that the youth are a very important part of our congregation! Today’s children will grow up to be tomorrow’s leaders, teachers and parents, so instilling a strong spiritual foundation is vitally important. We offer a variety of youth programs for children and teens to come together to socialize, have fun and enrich their faith. Here is a list of the available programs:
LOGOS Youth Club
This non-denominational activity meets on Wednesday nights from September through mid-March. All school-aged children from Kindergarten through 12th Grade are welcome to attend. The LOGOS youth engage in a variety of age-appropriate activities that include Bible Study, Worship Skills, Recreation Play and Dinner/Family Time-yes, this is a place for the whole family! Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is a great way to keep younger child involved in the summer. All children Preschool through 6th Grade are welcome to attend! Each year features a different theme and the children have a great time! Parents can rest easy knowing their child is engaged in a safe, fun and wholesome program. Vacation Bible School is a week-long program offered during the latter part of summer break in the evenings from 6:00-8:30pm. Click here for more information.
Junior High Youth Group
Our Junior High Youth in 6th-8th grades have additional fellowship opportunities once per month. They participate in a variety of spiritual and social activities. All Junior High Youth are welcome – bring your friends! Click here for more information.
Senior High Youth Group
Our Senior High Youth (9th through 12th Grade) participate in LOGOS Youth Club and they engage in fund-raising events throughout the year to sponsor their annual Workcamp mission trip. The teens enjoy Workcamp because it gives them the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others on a very real level. Click here for more information.
